Info

Bring you skills and experience to help in developing small businesses in Tanzania and Gambia

MondoChallenge offers career break volunteering opportunities to undertake business development projects in Africa. We place skilled business professionals to work as volunteers with local partners in Gambia (West Africa) and Tanzania (East Africa) to help set up small businesses to support livelihoods in the local communities.

Volunteers support projects by providing constructive and helpful advice to help set up small businesses in the local communities. These businesses are set up by individuals from the poorest sections of society, who do not have any other means of livelihood, many of them are suffering from HIV/AIDS and have lost the main breadwinner in the family. It is here that we can really make a difference with the experience, energy and enthusiasm that our career break volunteers bring to their task.

This is a great opportunity to share your skills and do something meangingful for communities in need.
