Our childcare projects are perfect for those who want to use their gap year volunteering with children. In developing countries there are a lot of orphaned children who live in shelters or orphanages with little or no care. As a gap year volunteer, your role will be to work with them and bring some joy to their lives.

Gap Year volunteers can either work in care homes or orphanages providing extra resource to care for the children. Working with children during your gap year is an opportunity to make a difference in their lives, by running activities, English lessons or if you have some medical experience, health care support is always welcome.
