JYOTI vocational training centre
* Child care specialist, specifically to help structure a new program for a training course
Rural Projects
* Skills and knowledge: Early childhood development, past experience working on ICS sector and computer skills in addition.
* Language: Preferably Nepali
* Gender: Female/Male (Priority to female)
* Duration: 6 months - 1 year, or longer
* Based in: Field with time split of 75% and 25% in Office.
* Others: Able to work in remote area of CWSN's catchments area with SMC (School Management Committee) of 11 DCHC, Teachers, Local promoters of ICS and Community based organization's (CBO's).
Central Office
* MBA with Human Resource Management System
* Personnel management skills
* Training needs assessment skills
* Performance evaluation skills
* Expert in recruitment policy making
* Fundraising advisor: MBA in Business Administration with experience
